1. Registration Terms

By registering for this conference, you agree to these terms and conditions. Registration fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

2. Paper Submission

All submitted papers must be original work and not under review elsewhere. By submitting, you grant FIRA the right to publish your paper in conference proceedings.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the FIRA Code of Ethics. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference.

4. Photography and Recording

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Presentations may be recorded for archival purposes.

5. Liability

The conference organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the conference. Participants attend at their own risk.

6. Changes to Program

The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, or schedule as necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
