Paper submission deadline: April 15, 2026. All submissions will undergo rigorous peer review by the Technical Program Committee.

Submission Guidelines
Paper Format
- All submissions must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference
- Papers must be formatted according to FIRA conference template (US Letter size, two-column format)
- Full papers: 6-8 pages including references
- Short papers: 4 pages including references
- Papers must be submitted in PDF format through the online submission system
Review Process
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least three members of the Technical Program Committee based on originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Reviews will be double-blind, so authors should not include identifying information in their submissions.
Publication
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in FIRA Xplore Digital Library. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper.
