Ensure your paper meets all requirements before submission
- FIRA conference template used
- Two-column format, US Letter size
- 6-8 pages for full papers (4 for short papers)
- PDF format with embedded fonts
- Original and unpublished work
- Clear contribution statement
- Proper citations and references
- English language only
- Author names removed
- Affiliations removed
- Self-citations anonymized
- Acknowledgments removed
- All authors listed correctly
- Contact author designated
- Keywords provided (3-5)
- Abstract under 250 words
Submission Process
Follow these steps to submit your paper
Create an Account
Register on the submission portal with your institutional email address. Ensure all co-authors also have accounts.
Prepare Your Manuscript
Format your paper according to FIRA conference guidelines. Remove all author-identifying information for double-blind review.
Submit Metadata
Enter paper title, abstract, keywords, author information, and select the most relevant topic areas from the list.
Upload Your Paper
Upload your anonymized PDF file. The system will automatically check for format compliance and file size limits.
Review and Confirm
Carefully review all submitted information. Once submitted, you can make revisions until the deadline.
Receive Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with your submission ID. Keep this for future correspondence.
Paper Categories
Complete research contributions presenting novel methodologies, significant experimental results, or theoretical advances in the field of computing and communications.
Preliminary results, work in progress, position papers, or novel applications of existing techniques. Must demonstrate clear contribution and future research potential.
• Double-Blind Review: All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Ensure your paper contains no author-identifying information.
• Similarity Check: All submissions will be checked for plagiarism using industry-standard tools. See our plagiarism policy for details.
• Multiple Submissions: Papers submitted to FIRA Summit cannot be simultaneously under review at another conference or journal.
