Registration Policies
Author Registration
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at the full (non-student) rate by the author registration deadline. Papers without author registration will be withdrawn from the proceedings.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations received 30 days before the conference: 80% refund
- Cancellations received 15-29 days before the conference: 50% refund
- Cancellations received less than 15 days before the conference: No refund

Visa Information
International attendees requiring a visa invitation letter should contact the organizing committee after completing registration. Please allow sufficient time for visa processing.
