Camera-Ready Preparation Steps
Review Reviewer Comments
Carefully read all reviewer comments and the meta-review. Create a detailed revision plan addressing each comment. Major concerns must be addressed; minor suggestions should be considered.
Incorporate Revisions
Make necessary changes to your paper based on reviewer feedback. Ensure all technical corrections, clarifications, and improvements are implemented. Do not exceed the page limit.
Add Copyright Notice
Add the appropriate FIRA copyright notice to the bottom of the first page. The exact text will be provided upon acceptance. Use the FIRA template's copyright command.
Update Author Information
Include complete author information with affiliations, email addresses, and ORCID IDs if available. Remove any anonymization from the initial submission.
Check Formatting
Verify strict adherence to FIRA formatting guidelines. Check fonts, margins, column widths, and reference style. Use FIRA PDF eXpress for compliance checking.
Proofread Thoroughly
Perform multiple proofreading passes for grammar, spelling, and technical accuracy. Have co-authors review the final version. Check all equations, figures, and tables.
Generate Final PDF
Create the final PDF with all fonts embedded. Ensure figures are high-resolution and all hyperlinks work. File size should be under 10 MB for smooth processing.
Complete Copyright Form
Fill out the electronic FIRA copyright form online. Ensure all co-authors have agreed to the copyright transfer. Obtain institutional approval if required.
All final papers must be checked and processed through FIRA PDF eXpress to ensure compliance with FIRA Xplore requirements. This service is free for conference authors.

• Source Files: Keep all source files (LaTeX, Word, figures) organized. You may need them for future reference or corrections.
